Ron Agababian
Ron is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Soon after graduation, he embarked on his extensive commercial real estate brokerage career, working with major brokerage firms in Washington, DC, Boston, and New Your City, for over thirty years, where he specialized in representing significant office tenants and property investors during their commercial property acquisitions.
In 2008, Ron transitioned from commercial brokerage to providing strategic business development support to significant project management and construction management firms active in organizing the construction of high-design hospitality, and multifamily projects, both for renovation and new construction, in addition to the office, industrial projects.
Today, with over twenty years of experience organizing the delivery of project design and construction services, Ron directs the firm’s owner’s representative and project management services at Capevest Advisors, where the firm is focused on representing the interests of property owners and tenants during the organizing of their projects acquisition, design, and construction services.
